Megaworld Corporation is responsible for many of the most beautiful office buildings, condominiums, and residential compounds in the country. It is safe to say that they always put maximum effort in every project that they do but when the company started work on 81 Newport Boulevard, you can clearly see that it pulled out all the stops. Not only is 81 Newport a beautifully designed structure and has features and amenities that can rival even the best resort hotels in the country. It also managed to secure a large plot of land in one of the most bustling places in the Metro. If you can manage to snatch any one of the residential units in 81 Newport, you can consider yourself lucky as there are many people who would kill for the chance to live there.
If you were to describe the look and feel of 81 Newport, “majestic” might be the first word to come to mind. The condominium complex is composed of six building clusters, and each cluster has a unique design aesthetic to them. For instance, the facade of the buildings in Clusters 2 and 3 are reminiscent of ancient Greek and Roman architecture, the tall floor to ceiling windows, round pillars, and arches give the entire building a modern Mediterranean vibe. Although gawking at the outside of the building is perfectly acceptable, just you wait until you see the posh residential units.
There are four kinds of residential flats available in the 81 Newport Boulevard - the studio-type units, one-bedroom units, two-bedroom units, and the two-bedroom combined unit. For the sake of saving time, we will only be discussing the studio-type and the two-bedroom combined units.
If you are a single professional who wants to live the high-life, the studio-type units in the 81 Newport will make the perfect home for you. The entire unit comes semi-furnished, with floor tiles covering all available floor space in the flat. The kitchen area comes with built-in tiled counter tops, modular cabinetry, and provisions for modern appliances. The sleeping area also comes with a built-in modular clothes cabinet, and has more than enough room for a double-sized bed. The living and dining areas are quite cleverly designed. You can place a dining table for four people in the dining area, and there will still be enough room for a sofa in the living area.
Now, if you have a rather large family, like say three to four children, you will feel quite at home in the 2-bedroom combined units. As the name suggests, these units are two 2-bedroom units with the dividing wall removed and the layout redesigned a bit. These residential units actually have more floor space than some residential houses in most villages. You will be getting a Master’s bedroom with its own T&B and a walk-in closet, three regular bedrooms, a Maid’s quarters (with a separate bathroom), and a common bathroom. These units are big enough for families of six, although some of the kids might need to share a room, which is not really an issue since each regular room is big enough for a bunk bed and two desks and wardrobes.
Now, these 2-bedroom combined units are not available immediately. You need to pre-order them well in advance because you have to choose two adjacent units. If you want units that have the best views, it might be hard to find two vacant units.
Megaworld Corporation really outdid itself with 81 Newport Boulevard. The buildings themselves are beautiful inside and out, and the compound that houses all of the clusters together are quite impressive as well. It is quite understandable that the prices of the residential units in 81 Newport will be on the expensive side but one look at the place and you will understand why they are priced that way. Yet, you will still strongly believe that you owe it to yourself to get one of these residential units.
