81 Newport Boulevard - AMENITIES

There are so many amenities provided by 81 Newport Boulevard that I could not possibly fit all of them in this single write up but I will do my best to share some of the more outstanding ones so far.

First of all, 81 Newport Boulevard is located in a 25-hectare stretch of land called Newport City, which Megaworld claims is the next step in the evolution of urban living. Newport City houses dozens of high-end resorts, casinos and theaters, and it’s also close to one of the best golf courses in the country, the Villamor Air Base Golf Course. There are also several commercial establishments in the surrounding areas where you can find everything that you can imagine, and even more. In fact, at the ground floor of every building cluster of 81 Newport are commercial establishments, like bars, restaurants, clothes shops, convenience stores, and many more. This means that you do not have to go far if you are just looking for your bare necessities.

If you want a brief escape from the stresses of work, you just need to ride the elevator towards the recreational deck. Once the elevator doors part, it will seem as if you are instantly transported to a completely different place. First of all, there’s a massive swimming pool that can rival those found in luxury resorts. Whenever your family wants to escape from the heat of the Metro Manila sun, take them to the pool area and while the time away in the crystal clear water. There is also a wide open pool deck with sunbathing chairs and picnic tables, so after a couple of hours of splashing in the pool, you and your family can just relax and have a small snack.

You do not have to bother with an expensive gym membership. The health and fitness center inside the 81 Newport can actually rival most commercial gyms out there. The best part is that you do not have to commute to get there. The gym is fully equipped with all of the state-of-the-art fitness equipment, and it is also staffed by professional physical trainers and nutritionists who will help guide you towards your fitness goals. There are also massage centers and saunas in case you want to relax your aching muscles.

If you just want to relax your mind, head over to the tropical sky garden. Megaworld managed the incredible feat of placing a huge garden area right inside a condominium building. When you wander through the paved path, gazing at all the beautiful plants and flowers, you can swear that you are actually outdoors in a lovely park but the truth is that you are more than a dozen stories up high-rise building. While you are there, you might as well go to the viewing deck for a wonderful view of the Makati and Manila skyline.

Do not think that Megaworld concentrated too much in the 81 Newport Boulevard’s recreational amenities that they forgot about the basic necessities; it is actually the opposite. There is a security team always on standby to respond to any emergency regardless of the time of day. In addition, every residential unit is equipped with smoke detectors and a sprinkler system to help put out fires before they get too out of hand. There are also emergency supply systems in place in case of disaster situations, like an overhead water tank and an underground cistern in case the water supply from the city gets cut off. There are also gas-powered generators that will supply power to all the common areas of the condominium in case a strong storm knocks out the power grid.
